Jerusalem artichoke purée with tru昀툀e-salted turnip crisps
Gravadlax trout with rye bread and honey mustard cream
Langoustines/king oyster mushrooms in a garlic broth with purple sprouting and fondant potatoes
Rhubarb and white chocolate tart
Cote Hill Blue cheese with quince paste and sourdough crackers
Dark chocolate buttermilk fudge with Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
